We needed full-time care since our daughter was 11 months old. She enjoyed being with Helen over the past two years and we feel that Helen’s setting was the best for our daughter during this time. We wanted her to be safe, stimulated and happy… we got a lot more! She loved spending time with Helen’s family and often refer to them as friends when she spoke about them at home.

We have been impressed by the great quality and variety of educational toys and books that Helen has available. We have seen really great progress in our daughter in terms of social interaction, speech, language, sharing with others, table manners, patience, communication, awareness of the world around her, recognising colours and shapes etc. As we are raising our daughter to be bilingual, Helen has been integral in laying a strong foundation in English for her.

While our daughter was pleased to see us at the end of the day she has never been desperate to go home and always arrives at Helen’s with a smile.

Helen has a really lovely manner with all the children in her care. She is always kind, calm and patient with them. Helen is very good with teaching manners to all in her care and has been supportive of anything we felt needed addressing in our daughter's behaviour as she grew. It was great that Helen plans several activities on a weekly basis to expose the children to groups, activities and fun places like Hampton Court, various parks and playdates with friends made at groups. Helen attends the best groups in the area and manages the time around the sleep time and lunchtime very well.

Helen’s setting is clean and all activities are well organised. We received a daily diary entry about food, naps, nappies and highlights of the day. Helen also kept us updates daily via Whatsapp and weekly reports via Tapestry. This was very helpful and made us feel part of our daughter's daily activities and progress. Helen is very good at communicating with us and anything we needed to check or need assurance for have always been addressing in a professional and timely manner. It is very helpful that Helen accepts childcare vouchers from both our employers. Helen’s policies are always up to date and very clearly written.

We would recommend Helen to anyone who is concidering choosing a childminder as option, to care for their children. She is a wonderful and highly professional childcare provider in the area!
