What a find! Everyone needs Tracey...

As a first time mum I was very very nervous about the prospect of finding childcare, in fact the thought of doing it filled me with dread. I knew that I wanted to find someone who felt warm, compassionate, safe, fun and patient. Never in a million years did I think i'd find someone who would end up loving my son almost as much as me and who has become an extended part of the family. My son now requests to go to Tracey's house, even on days when he's not there!! As primary school teachers both myself and my husband realise how important it is that a child is happy in their surroundings, if they're happy they'll flourish. We also recognised that we needed someone energetic, creative, but with patience in abundance. This is Tracey all over. She really took the time to get to know Toby, his likes and his dislikes, which made the settling in process very smooth, for which I was very grateful - going back to work on your child's first birthday is enough of an emotional roller coaster in itself! My son has come on leaps and bounds under Tracey's dutiful and devoted care. Her communication with us is excellent, suggesting next steps, supporting us with new areas e.g. potty training. She is invaluable to both my son and to us as parents. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend her and already feel so so lucky that my second baby will be in Tracey's incredibly capable hands once I return to work this time round.
