We've used Summer a few times now to look after our 4 year old and 22 month old boys. She's great fun, the kids adore her and she's reliable. Would fully recommend :o)

On meeting Summer she seemed lovely. We went to arrange a trial. Unfortunately due to Summer not being available and trying to change the times due to her being 'busy' it took us a MONTH to organise a 3 hour trial! When it finally came to the day she messaged me saying she'd done something the night before and she was tired and could we change to another day. After changing the time 5 times already to suit Summer I had had enough, so I explained to her that unfortunately it wouldn't work out with our family. This was where I got really annoyed because instead of just accepting she actually started blaming it on myself and my kids being ill etc. She just wouldn't let it go and she got ruder and ruder. Not someone I would particularly want around my children!

Summer is a natural with the kids. She babysits regularly for me and my two children. Holly who is 2 and ben who is 15 weeks old. She is very flexible and works on late notice also which is great for us! She's fantastic with children and so trustworthy. I won't be letting her go anytime soon!
