Lucy is our hero. She was able to help us out last minute with some night nannying when our 6 month old was struggling with jet lag. She was professional, punctual, kind, reassuring, confident, warm, aadorable, and proactive. After setting her up with our baby, it was like twenty pounds were lifted off our shoulders knowing he was in her care. She was flexible with our schedule and a very responsive communicator. We are keeping her number for our next trip here. We love Lucy!!!

Lucy has recently babysat our children. We have a 6 year girl and 5mth old boy and Lucy was great with them. We will definitely be asking Lucy to babysit for us again in the very near future and would highly recommend her.

Lucy has looked after our 11 month old daughter on a couple of occasions, for day time and bedtimes, and we can't recommend her highly enough! Lucy is warm, personable, punctual and professional and we have complete trust and confidence when leaving our daughter with her. Lucy sends us updates whilst looking after our girl and has been fantastic at keeping in touch throughout the whole process. We feel extremely lucky to have found a nanny like Lucy!

Lucy was an absolute star. We had a wedding to attend and needed an afternoon/evening babysitter for my 11 month old (who has never been looked after by anyone else), and Lucy was brilliant. She was punctual, professional and kept me updated throughout the day. My daughter was happy & settled when I got home and seemed to have had a lovely time! Highly recommend.

When I first met Lucy I knew she would be a great person to care for my daughter. My daughter of 3 years old always comes back from her time with Lucy with a fun memory made and beaming with a smile. She is also flexible when plans change.I highly recommend her.

I have known Lucy for a while now as doing add-hoc days and overnight. To sum up, very disappointing eventually and I will never recommend her to anyone. Extremely money and self-oriented rather than child-centred. Be careful

I’m beyond disappointed to read this review after it was 5 star last week. The only negative review I have received in all my years.
Totally the opposite to what other clients have experienced.
I am so sorry you feel like this.
I really enjoyed looking after your children for a couple of months.
Lucy has come in to our lives and has been totally brilliant in every way. My two girls (aged 2 and 5) have bonded quickly and enjoy their time with her. She is utterly reliable and punctual and a great person too. She is empathetic to our needs and does all she can to help. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Lucy looked after our 16 month old baby for an evening and full day whilst we were at a wedding in the area. Lucy instantly connected to our little one and had him chatting away to her within minutes, it normally takes him a while to warm up! Lucy had him totally engaged in play and handled his bath and bedtime routine with no problem. She gave me regular updates and kept my mind totally at rest so that I could enjoy the wedding. Lucy is an absolute pro and we only wished she lived closer!

very happy with the service provided. Lucy was good with communication, precise with timings turning up. very nice person and we felt comfortable having her watch over our children, we will be using Lucy again in the near future and hopefully a more regular thing 🙂 definatley 5 stars! thanks again

In March my husband and I went on holiday without our children for the first time in a long time. Lucy was so helpful the whole time, an absolute professional and the children adore her. With plenty of activities planned and organised by Lucy the children were happy and entertained which made it so much easier for us to be away from them. Lucy was also wonderful in providing updates whenever we wanted to know how the children were doing and organising phone calls with them to suit our timings.
I couldn’t recommend Lucy highly enough, we will definitely be working with her for a long time to come. The entire time we felt confident that our children were safe and well looked after.
