Dawn has been such a fantastic help with our new baby. She started working with our 4 month old in September and has made family life so much easier. She is caring, professional and extremely experienced with babies and older children (she also looks after our 5 year old). She is punctual, super organised and has a wonderful connection with our children
It was very hard leaving our little baby but Dawn has always made sure she is happy, settled and all her needs are met. She's great at keeping in touch with us when she does have her and totally puts us at ease.
She is kind, thoughtful and the sort of person you can rely on with the most important jobs out there - looking after babies and children. 5 stars!
