Tiziana contacted me using Childcare and asked about the job. After telling her I asked for her to email me her CV. I gave her the wrong email and apologised, providing the correct one. She sent through her CV (with no message, just an attachment). After I informed her we had found someone, she replied saying she didn't like our profile anyway.

Sour grapes and a bit of an attitude problem IMO.
