We had our first meeting with Tracy back in November, both our boys warmed to her straight away. Our eldest said on the way back home 'I like Tracy's house', without any prompting which was what made our decision to choose Tracy as our childminder.
Both of our boys have settled very well and enjoy going to Tracy's house. Tracy treats all of the children as one of her own and is so welcoming. Tracy is very passionate about her job and goes above and beyond for everyone. Tracy gives us daily reports of what they have done, ate, naps and the nitty gritty of their toileting. Our eldest always talks about Tracy and their daily adventures of going to the park, play groups and soft plays. When we collect our youngest from Tracy's he will put his arms out for another cuddle before he leaves, which shows the amazing relationship she has with the children.
Both of our boys have made an amazing relationship with Tracy and we are over the moon with of choice of childminder. We could not ask for a better childminder. Tracy is just an all-round amazing person.

I would 100% recommended Tracy to anyone looking for a childminder.
Before returning to work we knew we wanted Theo to go to a childminder, rather than a nursery, as nursery hours do not really suit the school hours of our other little boy. Tracy was recommended by a friend who's little boy had went there before starting school. I contacted Tracy and she set up a visit at her home. We knew that we wanted Theo to go to Tracy and were glad we managed to get a place with her.
We had our worries when looking for childcare as our son is very high energy and we were worried he wouldn't settle well (or may be too much hard work). Well it turns out all our worries were for nothing as Tracy is the absolute best at what she does. Theo settled straight in and loves going to Tracy 3 days a week.
Tracy sends daily updates on what Theo has been up to, what he has eaten, how long he has napped, along with photos which are lovely to receive. Tracy does so much with them, always out at parks, play groups, soft plays etc and I really feel he is getting so much more than he would have done in a nursery setting.
Tracy is so accommodating and flexible. I have had times where I have needed different days/times and Tracy has always been able to help me in these times. Tracy is such a genuine, lovely person who will do anything for you and the children she looks after.
I would highly recommend Tracy to anyone who is looking for childcare!

From the moment i met Tracy back in November, i knew this was the setting i wanted George to be in. Tracy is the most down to earth kind hearted person i have ever met.
George can be a handful at times but Tracy just knows how to handle him and care for him in all of the right ways. She takes the children out to soft plays, parks and play groups and has a lovely little set up in her home where children can play and explore.
She has the best relationships with all of her children, inclusive of the parents. Ive found a great friend in her myself and george loves going to Tracys house!
It’s a 10 out of 10 from me Tracy, keep up the fantastic work with all of the children who thrive in your environment!

I have a challenging, high energy 6 year old boy, who has been with Tracy 3 days a week during school holidays for over a year now.
He loves to go with her, she manages his behaviours brilliantly with patience and understanding, she takes the children out to parks, farms or soft play if the weather is bad, he has an absolutely amazing time with her and his new friends.
On a personal level, Tracy is an amazing woman - dedicated, patient, loving, caring and genuinely fabulous with the kids in her care. I trust her 100%, and feel I have found a true friend, her communication and daily reports are brilliant, I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for childcare - she's amazing!

We met Tracy at her home the night before she had our 10 month old daughter for the first time. Tracy was the most down to earth woman I could have ever imagined to be looking after my little girl. She was immediately over for a cuddle and was so accommodating and welcoming to us all!
She had Ava for the first time today and gave us constant updates and photos of their little adventures. Tracy took her to soft play this afternoon where she showed some amazing progress.
Tracy also gave us a daily report including what she did, ate, and the nitty gritty of her nappies as well as details of her interactions, independent play and naps.
My father in law picked her up this evening and could not sing her praises more if he tried! And she was absolutely beaming when I finished work and saw her again, I’m actually jealous I wasn’t with them all day!
Tracy was very accommodating when speaking to her about our hectic work schedules and life in general.
I could not ask for a better experience as a first time parent who never previously considered childminders but I would 100% recommend her!
We are so very happy and grateful to be part of her little family!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would I would 100% recommend Tracy to anyone looking for a child minder. This woman is a god send!!
This women is my saviour. Just before returning back to work full time I started looking for a childminder,I messaged Tracy and found out more about her me and my husband arranged a visit and as soon as we visited Tracy we knew she was the one for us and she put me at ease and made the whole process for us a lot easier, the feel I got from her was the home just like our home which was exactly what we wanted for my daughter. She interacted with our daughter Holly straight away and asked for a cuddle . No questions we had was a silly question for Tracy.
She is the most down to earth women I have ever met and the care she has for every single child she looks after is amazing. You
Can see she loves what she does and it’s not just another job. Nothing is to much and she will do anything she can. Every single time I pick my daughter up she will tell me what they’ve done in that day whether it’s a trip to the park, playgroup or any other activity and we are seriously so thankful.
I know I’m leaving my daughter in the very best of hands and no concerns what so ever! She keeps me involved every single day. And any worries I have Tracy give me a little message to put me at ease and helps so much in such a difficult transition for us as parents.
Tracy is very flexible with us and works around a our shifts she a top childminder would recommend her to anyone.
We can’t thank you enough for everything you have done and continue to do with Holly . As you treat her like your own daughter and that what we want for her we know leaving her with Tracy she will absolutely thrive and the little photos and video just shows how instantly settle and safe she feels spending time with Tracy, and we simply wouldn’t want anyone else watching our child.!

Tracy really is just amazing my little girl was really nervous to start with and tracy has just been the best with her treats her like family and love hearing all about her day, really puts my mind to rest when I have to work every Saturday and I know my little girl is in the best hands 🥰

Me and my sons mam were looking for a childminder for the first time, however after meeting Tracy and having her look after our little one year old we will never need to look again.
Tracy is caring and considerate to both the parents and the child, if we've ever expressed concern with our child (illness or development) Tracy has always been quick to respond and comfort us and provide us with helpful next steps, she provides a home from home environment which is brilliant for first time care.
She is consistently brilliant with every child and gives her full undivided attention, our son has developed and benefited so much from being in child care with Tracy, his confidence has boosted and he looks forward to seeing her and his little friends every time.
Not only does Tracy provide the home from home environment, she also takes the kids out on adventures to playgroups, parks and soft plays.
We are extremely grateful for her childminding and her above and beyond experience.

Tracy had been looking after my son now for nearly 2 year and what a fab job she does. I wouldn't go to any other person. She doesn't just take him when I need her she helps out other times as well, takes him to party's or football if needs be. If your looking for a childminder Tracy is your woman. Thank you so much Tracy everything you do for me and layton we really appreciate it xxx
