I would not hesitate to recommend Luiza to any family. She looked after my twin girls, from when they were 13 months old, but during that tricky time of returning to work and the following months I saw the girls make significant developmental progress and my girls were always happy to go to her. As a mum herself of older children, she was also able to give me so much advice and support, that I was able to return to work confident that I was leaving the girls in the best possible care.
Luiza has a loving family, with amazing kids, which I think is testament to how she looks after the children she cares for. The girls loved her and her family from the start and we had little difficulty settling the girls as she is so caring. Luiza built on and helped develop the girls daily routine. Her home, is the main setting where she looks after the children, and it is expansive and not limited to a front room. There are lots of toys and stimulus to entertain them during the day. She takes the children to daily play groups and has a strong network of other nannies and childminders to arrange afternoon play dates. The meals she made looked healthy and nutritious and I've stolen tips and ideas from her of what to cook them. She provided great communication about what the girls had been up to. We also found her very professional, motivated and organised and therefore all the paperwork was in order and she followed the guidance available about encouraging our girls development.
Overall I think that Luiza is an amazing childminder as she is just great with kids, she only has a limited number of children so it felt like she provided individual care, she is really experienced as she has her own older children and she just felt like she was part of the family from the beginning as she is so kind and caring.
We were very sad that Luiza couldn't come with us when we moved to our new home.
