Bernadette has been looking after my little girl for 6 weeks. She does great daily report to what activities she has done during the day like what she had in breakfast, lunch, snacks, sleeping time, playing time etc which is very useful. She also kept us informed of her activities not only through the daily contact book but also by text messages during the day when necessary. I felt that I could talk to her openly about anything, which really helped me in feeling comfortable leaving my daughter in her care.
We have found Bernadette to be very flexible and are more than happy with the care she has been providing. Mahnoor took a couple of weeks to get settled in but Bernadette helped us through this process, she now leaves us everyday with a smile which gives us great peace of mind. Bernadette is always doing something with the children which we have no doubt is helping with Mahnoor development and we often get pictures. No day is ever the same as they go on outings to playgroups etc. She treat her like a family and you can’t ask for more.

My wife was personally very concerned about having our child in someone's house, but I am now sure that leaving Mahnoor with Bernadette was the best choice!

I would recommend her to parents looking for a good and reliable childminder.
