Zdenka is very professional and caring. She is able to provide a balanced learning and fun experience for the children which we appreciate. Zdenka has a passion for looking after children and my girls absolutely love the time they spend with her. We feel very fortunate that she is able to care for our girls.

Zdenka is an absolutely brilliant childminder with children’s happiness and well-being at the core of all she does. From the moment Zdenka started caring for my son from the age of 1 he is now 3, I felt completely at ease and knew he would be cared for like he was her own.
Zdenka’s extensive knowledge in caring for children shows in how much my son has developed in learning. The beautiful playroom is set up with activities focused around learning thought play based on the age of each child. Each day is varied and fun; the children enjoy trips to the library, farms, soft play. Zdenka even manages to make a trip to the post office fun. Children are encouraged and nurtured to try new activities and communicate with each other in a kind and thoughtful manner. Zdenka lays the foundation for preparing the children for nursery or school by introducing little tasks for them to do. Zdenka is always keeping me updated with how my son is progressing. Offering advice and support when needed.
All of the food is freshly and lovingly prepared each day. My son loves all the food cooked by Zdenka especially her spaghetti bolognaise. The meals are healthy and nutritious and always varied. Everything to spotless and clean.
I could not recommend Zdenka enough, she is apart of our family. 😊

My daughter has been looked after by Zdenka since October last year. She takes genuine interest in Maya and provides friendly, caring environment.
My daughter absolutely loves her. She learned and developed so much.
Zdenka prepares delicious homemade food.
Highly recommend!

Zdenka was highly recommended when I moved from St.Albans. My little one has been with her since Dec 2019 and she loves it. Her set up is educational, fun and homely. My daughter, always enjoys her time there. They go on walks, visits to soft play, Willows etc. They bake and so lots of creative activities. Her vocabulary and social skills are always developing and it fasinates me the things she tells me and the new words she learns. She enjoys interacting with the other children and looks forward to seeing them.
My daughter also loves Zdenkas cooking.
She makes love creative gifts for mothers and fathers day etc...bonus when we get something out of it!
Overall, Zdenka is an amazing childminder. My little one loves going there and she knows that Zdenka is like her second mum. She looks forward to going there in the mornings. She is caring, passionate and really puts the needs of the children first. She knows her children well and ensures that she sets an example for them. My daughter also enjoys engaging with her children when they are home from school.
I would without a doubt recommend Zdenka as a childminder. She is amazing...

My son has been going to Zdenka since he was three months old. He is four now and starting school in September. From day one, Zdenka has loved and nurtured my son. He loves her cooking, thinks of her children as his brother and sister and in his eyes, Zdenka is his second mum. I feel like we have been on this journey of raising my him together. Not only does he have fun, but she educates him too and teaches him to be a kind, polite boy. My son will need speech therapy later, but Zdenka has helped him massively. She has spent time with him individually working on his pronounciation⁰ of words. We all love her and feel like we are one big, happy family. She is accomodating and always willing to help out. We LOVE you Zdenka!!!

Our daughter has started coming to Zdenka’s when she turned two. Up until then she was at home with me and I was worried how she would take the transition, especially with English not being the first language spoken at home.
As she is my first child I was also worried about her safety and her overall wellbeing.
Therefore it was very important to me to find the right fit. I’ve looked at nurseries and other options but I wasn’t convinced it was the best thing for our little one.
But then I met Zdenka and my gut told me straight away that Zdenka is exactly what I was looking for.
The playroom is like a little nursery and I like that our daughter gets everything she might need from Zdenka.
She loves going to Zdenka’s and playing with her little friends and she has already learned so much. Zdenka goes above and beyond with her care of our daughter and we are really happy we have found her.
