Truly Wonderful!

Charlotte has been looking after my son from 6 months old and I honestly could not be more happy with the service she has provided. From the first moment I walked into Charlotte's home I knew that I wanted her to look after my son and it's been the best decision. It was very difficult sending a 6 month old to childcare but I was so confident and comfortable with Charlotte's processes, working ways and her genuine approach and nature that she really helped put my mind at ease knowing he was safe and being well looked after. Personally I have found it refreshing dropping my son off in the morning knowing what they will be doing that day and I love that they are always out doing something or doing fun activities at home which are centered around creativity and education. I get regular updates and pictures throughout the day which is lovely when I am at work, I can see he is having an excellent day. I can see my son is very fond of Charlotte as am I.

Communication with Charlotte is second to none. I feel I can talk to her about anything and she is very approachable and accomodating with my requirements. I could not more highly recommend Charlotte as a child minder. Absolutely wonderful.
