I couldn't recommend Faye highly enough, she really is the very best you could hope for when choosing a setting for your child. We have been working with Faye for the last 5 years and I never fail to be amazed by her ability in managing the very distinct needs of multiple children at any one time whilst making it look like the easiest thing in the world!

You can't help but see how much Faye cares for the children she looks after, and they clearly adore her too. I wanted a setting where my child could be themselves, to be nurtured and develop but also be able to have as many cuddles as needed and I really found that with Faye. I couldn't believe how much my child developed in her care, becoming so much more confident, being able to follow a routine and learn so much so quickly - things I would never think to teach her she would come home bursting to show me. It is invaluable to know that your child is so happy and settled and simply having the best time in your absence.

Faye goes out of her way to provide an outstanding environment for her care, my child would often excitedly tell me about a new toy or garden equipment she had been enjoying - or drag me in to Faye's garden to demonstrate herself! And when you have been working all day and not with your child it is a delight to get to share a special moment with them and get a peek into their day. Faye really goes beyond expectations, I have lost count of the wonderful day trips she takes the children on and I hear first hand how happy they have been to go on another adventure.

My firstborn had several allergies and a complicated first couple of years working out some quite severe symptoms. Faye was so knowledgable and willing to work with us as we navigated various issues which at times were quite changeable. In addition, although linked, to food allergies we had numerous skin complaints and really relied on Faye to support us. I am not sure that all settings would have coped with a baby who seemingly had something different going on each week, just when we felt one area was solved we would have another issue but Faye never made us feel it was too much and I am forever grateful. It was not straightforward to ask Faye to administer medications, to adhere to dietary requirements, to follow skin protocols but she did and she did all that whilst also keeping a smile on a poorly child's face - I honestly don't think it gets much better than that.
