My 4 year old son has complex needs so I was really nervous looking for a childminder. I shouldn’t of been!! Vicki is just amazing. She already had a background in caring for children with additional needs and it shows! She is warm, patient, adaptable and most of all very loving towards the children she teaches. She is always thinking of ways to include my child and making him have the best experiences. She has adapted her home to meet and exceed his needs (adding a sensory room and items to her garden to help him develop). Also, personally she has gone up and above to support me. I couldn’t of got through the last few months without her.
