Nikki has looked after my children since 2016 from the age of 1 onwards and they are now 7 and 5. I cannot rely upon anyone else to look after my children. No one has been able to match Nikki in terms of the high standard of care that she has provided for the children. Throughout the years, she has engaged the children with interesting activities that are all age related. She has a very calm, polite and hands on approach when dealing with the boys. She is firm yet fair. As Nikki is very knowledgeable about the EYFS, the boys have learnt so much through play when they were younger. She has a very good understanding of health and safety as well as maintaining exceptional hygiene levels at all times.

As the children have got older, she has continued to keep the boys stimulated by making homework fun and interacting with them at all times. She always ensures that they are fed well and her hygiene levels are of a high standard. She provides a detailed report of the care she provides for the children.

Her own personal skills are that she is very organised in her approach and communicates extremely well with me as a parent. She has covered short and longer days for me when I am at work, school pick up and drop offs, proving she is responsible and reliable.

I could not have asked for a better support for me during my time at work. Thank You Nikki for everything, the boys are blessed to have such an amazing person to look after them in a safe and welcoming environment!
