Extremely reliable friendly loving childcare provider, Shelleys Shorties have great communication providing me with regular updates and giving me more than adequate notice of any holidays or closures when required. They are extremely flexible to suit my childcare needs, constantly going out of their way to help, going above & beyond your average childminder. They are not just about getting paid, I couldn’t recommend Shelley & the team more, as I know I can depend on them when it really counts!

Really supportive

As a lone parent, Nya and her team has helped in ways I cannot imagine. My daughter has been with them since she was 2. She has blossomed really well. Even when I have had emergencies at work and may have to work later than 5pm, she has supported me.

My daughter loves going there and looks forward to being picked up as soon as she is dressed.

This family run business goes over and beyond to support their parents. If I have a particular issue I am able to chat with her personally and she comes up with a solution that will benefit everyone.

I will recommend her to anyone!

Excellent service

100% happy to be sending my son to Shelley shorties. I was particularly worried about my sons speech and a few other things. But since he has been going there his speech has really improved and he is now a chatter box.😊 He really gets excited when he has to go to Shelley shorties. They are a great family and when I need support they will do their very best to try and help. I am very pleased with the service Shelley shorties provide.

Highly recommend

I was struggling to find a small setting for my son with special needs. She took him and helped him a lot with speech, social skills and I can tell the difference between before Nya's setting and after. Thanks to her my son have a care that he needs until he won't go to school.
She's also caring and lovely person, sometimes sacrificing her own time if any child or parent need help.
I would definitely recommend her especially if a child can't settle at childcare or have special needs like mine.

Unreliable

Unreliable.often closes and still wants to be paid.often late for pick ups.no adequate notice of closures.
Very difficult.would not advise for anyone depending on childcare for work

Amazing family

Thank you so much Shelley and family.You all have been a life saver looking after our son PJ. We are always at ease knowing that he is well cared for. Well fed and and kept clean.I'm always thoroughly informed of his progress throughout the day. We cant thank you enough. Thank you for continuing to care for him.

Friendly and Reliable

Shelley has looked after my eldest since she was 3. She speaks highly of Shelley and she loves going there. My other 2 who are under the age of 2 have also been looked after by Shelley and her team. They always come back happy and well fed.7 Shelley and her team are very flexible towards my childcare needs, they are always available and happy to help.

I was struggling with school pick ups and after school care for my two children but Shelley has now resolved that situation for me you been a lifesaver. My children love going and have settled in very well. Well recommended A* service thanks so much.

Amazing Team

Shelleys shorties has been amazing thus far. Both of my boys go there and my eldest witch is 3 wakes up every morning eager to go to Shelleys he also says that teacher is his best friend it's so cute. I'm really happy and content with they're service my 1 year old is albino and doesn't talk much but he's been saying so many words since going to Shelleys that is so exciting for us. Overall excellent place and would highly recommend.
