I'm Cece and I am seeking a full-time, live out nannying position in London. Available to start immediately.
I am a qualified early years educator, currently based in Brixton. I have worked within private nurseries for four years in both educator and managerial positions and am now looking for a change in career as a full-time nanny. I hold a first class degree in Early Years Teaching and Learning and consider my specialty in caring for children aged between birth-5, however I also have experience with school aged children during my time working at an after-school club.
I view my main role as looking after young children as an emotional coach, and would describe my practice with children as warm, patient and creative. I believe in following the children's lead and extending their learning through fostering their natural curiosity, providing educational experiences based on their interests. I set firm boundaries which are formed collaboratively with the children who I work with and am passionate about supporting children's independence, moral development and curiosity about the world around them. I believe that children develop best in loving, affectionate homes and look forward to joining a family with similar values.
My higher education in Early Years Teaching and Learning means that I have a comprehensive understanding of child development. This, combined with my extensive experience in private nurseries, means that I am confident in providing educational, creative and fun learning experiences for children to support the achievement of developmental milestones and inspire academic interest. I believe that my experience in working with children, my education in early years and my adoration of children (and children's learning) make me a fantastic candidate for a full-time nanny.
