About Me
We are a family of four originally from France. I am a lawyer who commutes to London and my husband is a professor at the University of Cambridge. Our eldest daughter is now 8 years old (Alina) and our baby girl (Laelia) is going to be 5 months in September 2024. Both are truly bundles of joy. We live in Central Cambridge, close to the Botanical Gardens in CB1.
We are urgently looking for a part time nanny to take care of Laelia while we work and pick up Alina from school.
We would need someone on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Duties would include light cooking and picking Alina from school (which is 15 mns walk/7 mns bike ride from our house - St Faiths).
My Requirements
Laelia and Alina are our precious girls, so naturally we want the best care for them. We both are French (I am also originally from Pakistan) so a French or Urdu/Hindi speaker would be a real bonus (but absolutely not a requirement.) If not, fluency in English is essential. We would like someone who has had prior positive experiences (references would be very helpful) caring for babies of Laelia's age and who would be willing to help with some light domestic chores (doing Laelia's laundry and especially cooking and planning for the girls' meals).
