My Requirements
Looking for a helping hand with our 3 girls who are 8, 6 and 3. The hours would be afterschool monday, thursday, friday (4 or 5-8) and some adhoc for my youngest on a Thursday daytime. We can top up the hours with babysitting if more hours are needed, and often need adhoc care at the weekend. I am looking for help with making and clearing dinner, homework, washing and general tidying, getting the children ready for bed but also picking them up/dropping them when their clubs have differing locations so a driver is essential. Our middle daughter has very challenging behaviour at times and needs a lot of attention in the evenings, so someone who can play with and entertain the other two at these times, whilst I help her, would be invaluable.
