Both our daughters have attended Alem's childcare setting and loved it! Alem is very accommodating, warm and kind, and treats each child as if they are her own. She is very attentive to their needs and they feel safe. Alem has a wealth of experience, toys and resources! She provides a wonderful environment for children and we recommend her without hesitation.

My son has been going to Alem since early 2022, and she has been amazing! My son is on the hyper side and Alem has been so attentive with him, so patient and understanding. My son thoroughly enjoys attending Alem’s house and always talks about her at home. He always comes home signing new songs and I can see that he learns at her home. I am very happy with the service provided and will be sad when it is time to go.

My niece and both my daughters attended Alem’s childminding setting and they all absolutely loved it.
Alem is very attentive to the children’s needs and makes sure they are well looked after and learning new things.
She is very flexible and was able to accommodate my needs if I needed a change on a particular day.
She has become a part of the family after looking after the 3 girls and they loved going to her.
Highly recommended!

I met Alem through a friend at our local church at that time i was not a mother yet but as soon as i had my first son i could not look further. Alem has been my childminder since 2013 and i can say that my kids adore her very much and love being around her.
She's is so flexible and very welcoming and from the way my kids relate with her i am always happy and content for i know that she's an angel. My sons loves her and her family so much and sometimes whenever i pick them up they cry and refuse to come home, that's how she's loved and adored not just by my kids but a lot of kids who have been in her care. She is understandable and very reliable, she normally drop and pick my older son from school and since my little one is funded he is always with Alem, who on the other hand has helped me alot and has taught me on how to deal with him due to his speech and language problem. Most of the days she spend with my little one who's 3 years old she takes him and other kids to playgroups, soft plays and does arts and crafts not forgetting baking. I love how my sons gets to do a variety of activities and also gets to interact with other children. She also has a lot of variety of toys for the kids to play with in her house and garden. Alem writes a daily diary for my little one since we are seeing a speech and language therapist; I love coming home and reading what he has been upto and i share it with the therapist as well.
Alem is really easy to talk to and nothing is too much for her because she always has a way to solve it and that's through prayer; she's welcoming and always love sharing a cup of coffee/tea with her and her family.
My sons and i would highly recommend Alem to anyone looking for a childminder with a good and very warm heart.

Alem has been a pillar of support throughout my acquaintance with her. She collects my daughter daily from the High Wycombe Church of England school along with other children, and keeps all of children, safe, and happy. If I run late or if other arrangements are made, she understands - very flexible indeed.
I was impressed with her love and care for the younger ones and her patience with the older ones - even children who’ve since moved on go to her. She has adequate separate rooms for both younger and older children, as well as multifarious games, books, and toys.
Alem was recommended by a friend, then I found a whole community of people who have nothing but the best opinion of her-she is a god-send to me!!

Alem has been looking after my 2 year old son every week for a year and I couldn't recommend someone more highly. When I was looking she was the first childminder I met who my son felt completely relaxed with straight away and I knew she was the right one. She is very loving and warm and provides a caring and stimulating environment in her home, which is clean and tidy but also full of fun activities and opportunities for learning. She always makes sure that my son gets lots of time outside.
Alem has always been very flexible and understanding about pick-up and drop off times and always invites me to stay for a cup of tea. She also always offers my son fruit and a drink for the journey home. I would recommend her to anyone.
