My daughter started with Elaine when she was 1. She was a little nervous and Elaine was incredibly flexible allowing me to decide how I wanted to do her settling in and enabling me to spend some time in her setting with my daughter to get her familiar with it. They do all kinds of activities and Elaine was keen to know my daughters normal routine and works with it. Elaine is very communicative and it really helps, I know if she has slept or eaten much or if she has been a little off colour. Elaine takes a genuine interest in how my daughter is doing and feeling and that makes me feel very confident that she is in great hands.
