Hayley has been amazing. When caitlin started she was shy and weary of new people, now 6 months later she is so happy, cheeky, confident and loves to see Hayley and her two girls. Hayley takes her out to all sorts of places and we have some lovely photos of her days out. Even when the days are wet Caitlin will come home with art work or hand made personalised gifts.
