Tante Joyce, as we affectionately call her, has been a brilliant childminder to our daughter. It took a while for our daughter to warm up to the idea of not being home with us, but Tante Joyce was patient and very caring and put our minds at ease and we knew she was in very good hands. She has become part of our family and is an honorary grandma to our daughter and is always encouraging, advising and giving us updates on how she is progressing. Tante Joyce has a lovely home, with lots of toys and activities to teach and entertain the little ones. With her vast experience in bringing up her own children and childminding and the warmth with which she and her whole team go about looking after the children in their care, she was our first and only choice and what a wonderful experience it has been.
