It has been an absolute pleasure having services with Shumaila . I found her a great person of a great heart who goes above and beyond in meeting different needs of children, whether it is healthy food, play, activities and fun time or general love and care.
She has a beautiful, clean and safe house.

What can I say about Shumaila other than when I was in bits about leaving my little one (12 months old) with a stranger, she promised me she would look after my LO like her own child.
And she did, my LO even called her Aunty. Shumaila cared for my child for over two years and in that time, she was happy.
I felt relieved that I found someone reliable and trustworthy. After all that’s what you want when you hand your child over to them. An excellent childcare provider. Highly recommend her

My twins (2,5 yo) spending Sundays with Shumaila for nearly a year. They absolutely love Shumaila and her family. As soon as I let them out from the car they run to the door and disappear in the house, sometimes even without saying goodbye. Kids are so well looked after - always fed on time, have proper day naps in the cots, look clean, tidy and very happy. Their day is full of activities both indoors and outdoors. Shumaila always provides all the information any mum needs to know, with pictures and comments. She spends time talking to kids a lot, making some arts and crafts, taking them for a walk to the beautiful local park. I am very happy that Shumaila agreed to increase the hours and will spend 3 times a week with the twins from the next month. I totally recommend Shumaila as a childcare provider.

Our 5 year old boy has been looked after by Shumalia before and after school for nearly 12 months now and we have been very happy with how she has looked after him. Not only is Shumalia thoughtful and caring towards our son, she is an excellent communicator and has even gone out of her way to help us in an emergency situation where we were unable to collect our son directly from school. She is flexible and very accommodating of what childcare we need and understanding if we are a few minutes late collecting him on occasion if the trains from the city are delayed. She is reliable and we consider ourselves very fortunate to have found a childminder who has all of these qualities. Would recommend her without hesitation.

Shumalia has been the best childminder that I have had. She has looked after both of my girls and She is so caring and a very genuine person and has made my daughters feel like a part of her family. For me I love the fact that she does so much with my youngest daughter( my eldest is in secondary school now so doesn’t attend) who has honestly come on so much since going to Shumalia she would always do activities to keep them occupied and take them out for little trips and walks. As a mom that’s what you want for them to be doing things as you would do with them yourself. I cannot praise Shumalia enough I’m actually so sad that my daughter won’t be attending any more and if it wasn’t for my daughter going to a different school out of the area I wouldn’t be leaving at all. I would just like to thank Shumalia for letting my girls be a part of your family and for all you have done for them, they will miss their auntie Shumalia very much x

Hello All,
How can I express how happy I am to have met Mrs.Shumaila. My daughter is absolutely happy and it has been a pleasure to see her grow and develop with her aid. I knew I hit Jackpot when my daughter would be running to the doors in the morning.
Mrs Shumaila is also organised and does various activities with the kids to help aid with their development. My daughter has been in her care for the past 6 months and I respect her candor and transparency of the care she provides. She has been exceptional during this pandemic.
In a nutshell I would highly recommend any parent to entrust their children to her care and service.

As a mother, you can imagine the worry and anxiety that comes with the thought of leaving your precious bundle of joy in the hands of a mere stranger.
I chose Shumaila to care for my child from the age of 12 months old. I read her reviews but my reason for choosing her was more of a gut feeling, a mothers instinct.
There was something lovely about her, calming and positive.
Her promise to me that she will care for my child as her own was the icing on the cake.
She has fulfilled that promise, my child has been happy, content, well looked after.
She ensures that every need is met, physically, socially and emotionally.

Shumaila has been picking up our daughter after school since she started in reception in September 2017. Throughout this potentially stressful time Shumaila has provided safe, professional and reliable after school care for our daughter within a lovely, clean home environment. We had ample opportunities to meet with Shumaila and her husband prior to the start of the school year and Shumaila was happy and willing to spend some time with our girl during the summer which alleviated any anxieties on our part, particularly as our daughter appeared to settle with her pretty much straightaway. Our daughter now has a couple of after-school activities and Shumaila has always ensured she is ready and prepared for when we come to pick our girl up. Shumaila has always given us sufficient notice of and clearly communicated any pending or short term changes in routine including what time they will back to their home after-school for pick up. Our daughter has said she is very happy with Shumaila and as such we couldn't be more satisfied.

Thank you Oli your daughter is a pleasure to look after.
Shumaila has been a amazing childminder for my three boys aged 8,9 and 12..
She was very accommodating to my specific needs for the children and done all she could to make the whole experience as hassle and worry free as possible.I felt 100% relaxed knowing my childen are in safe and capable,caring hands.
She prepared healthy meals for them.
Made the boys time with her fun,productive,engaging and always took great care to pay attention to each of my childrens needs individually as well as together.
The boys have really enjoyed the time they have spent with Shumaila and her children.
A very caring and attentive childminder whom I would recommend to anyone looking for quality childcare.
From my personal experience I can say you would not regret choosing Shumaila as your choice in childcare.
I will always choose her as my childminder in future if needs be.
Thank you for everything.Appreciate your care and attention for my children and making them feel comfortable and part of your family.
