Another excellent year with Rachael as my son's childminder ( he has now been in her care for nearly 6 years ).
She really is outstanding in her care for his social, emotional and educational needs.
She uses age appropriate language at all stages in my experience - especially given recent research into the best kind of language to help little ones develop.
