We came across Lu and Roy’s profile when looking for a childminder at the last minute, due to a previous one falling through. They were so understanding and really helped in anyway they could as we needed to make arrangements quite quickly.

My son was 9 months at the time (13months now) and giving the current situation with covid it was a nerve racking experience handing my son over to someone new, but we clicked straight away and we instantly felt comfortable.

Since then I can’t help but feel it was meant to be! They are both amazing people, so kind and genuine. They are such a lovely family and provide a fun educational environment for all the children... plus on occasions also making us dinner to take home! Lasagna is delicious by the way!. My son has been thriving ever since being in their care, he absolutely loves going to them ( probably more than being at home) and they really do feel like extended family. We can go to work with ease knowing our son is safe and having fun with friends.

Quite early into going to Lu and Roy’s my son was diagnosed with Focal epilepsy, which means he can have unusual types of seizures which has been scary for us all, but Lu and Roy have been great in reassuring us with their experience whilst also being extremely supportive.

I could go on forever describing how brilliant they are, but we are so grateful to have found them.
