Nav is friendly and very supportive. She adapts to the needs of family and provide them with customized support. She bonds naturally with children, and her staff are great as well. Nav and her staff are very attentive and alert to the needs of children. My daughter started with them when she was 1 year old. She has learnt so much with them, she is already chatting away so much.. Very homely and family kind of atmosphere in the setting. Well done Nav...Thank you for looking after my daughter... 👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏

My daughter has been coming to Navs for over 3 years now and I wouldn't be able to go to work without having her there. To know your child is in safe loving hands is amazing, Nav is always so flexible and accommodating!

My son has been with Nav since June 2021. It was daunting leaving him however, my mind was put at ease after the first day! I noticed he settled well and he was very, very happy. A massive thank you to Nav and her team - I really appreciate your patience and kindness towards my son. Highly recommended!

Nav and her staff have been childminding our sons since January 2021. She initially had them for 3 full days at very short notice due to the nursery they were due to attend being unable to open due to lockdown restrictions and now she has them for 2 long afternoons each week which includes collecting them from nursery after their morning sessions.
I have been extremely happy with the care they have received. Nav does a wide range of fun activities indoors and in the garden. They often come home with themed arts and craft they are proud to show off.
Nav is a great communicator and responds to emails and texts very promptly as well as occasionally providing updates and photos of what they have been up to in the day.
Although I provide the twins' food each day I know that she will provide healthy snacks if they are exceptionally hungry or keen to eat what the older children are eating.
All in all I am thoroughly happy with the level of care Nav provides and I’m certain that being in such a positive and happy environment is helping them develop into confident little boys.
I would absolutely recommend Nav as a brilliant and reliable childminder.

Communicates very well. My little boy settled in very quickly with Nav, and he absolutely loves going there. Nav has been very good at telling us what’s happened during the day and how’s he’s progressing etc... with our shift working patterns Nav has been extremely helpful and flexible in accomadating the required hours.

Nav is a brilliant childminder. My children love her to bits. She organised activities for them, cooks their favourite meals and spoils them! She is very flexible and willing to fit in with plans at the drop of a hat. I recommend her highly!

My son has been attending Nav’s childcare for last 6-7 months. It was a big transition for him settling in a new school and at a new place. Even though he is attending only after school sessions but he has settled very well at her place. He enjoys going there . Nav has got various activities planned for each year group and my son enjoys participating in those. She is very friendly, approachable and very flexible even for the last minute requests.

I was soo afraid how my kid will be doing, ones start visiting childminder (probably all the parents do have same feeling). But all was great. My daughter did not cry even once. She is super happy with Nav! Super excited every day to go! Nav helps a lot for her development! There is not enough words to explain how happy I am, that I found Nav!
