Karen came highly recommended to myself through my daughter's nursery. On our first phonecall Karen put me at ease straight away with her knowledge of kids, her professionalism and her positive attitude.
Her home, like her and her family, is so welcoming and Karen always has something at hand for the kids to make and do. She always offers home cooked, healthy food.
My daughter has developmental and behavioural issues which meant handing her over to a childminder for the first time was an extremely difficult thing to do and I'm so glad that Karen was with us through the process. She was patient, understanding, knowledgeable and truly wonderful. Cannot say enough good things about this lady!
