Rachel comes across as a very caring person... Exactly like how you would need your children to be around with.. my girls totally love her...
She's disciplined but never forces anything...

I am quite impressed with how she handles my baby, as she pays attention to detail. This leaves me rest assured that my child is in safe hands, receiving love and care.
