Sian recently looked after our 3 and 4.5 year old one day a week.
Upon first interviewng Sian I was struck by how organised and knowledgeable she was, she asked all the right questions to ensure the children were safe and happy and treated them consistently with our family values.
She was fab and an instant hit with the kids. Sian collected our daughter from nursery spent the afternoon making yummy cakes and doing craft before picking our son up from school.
Sian is warm and loving, the children looked forward to their days with her and always reported having a great time.
When I came home from work I was met by happy children and a tidy house. One couldn’t ask for more.
I would say having Sian childminding was like leaving the children with a relative rather than an employee. I never had cause to worry and was confident that even if something did crop up Sian would deal with it better than I!
The only reason we no longer need Sian is due to a change in my husband’s work rota. That said I’m sure we’ll remain in touch.
