Looking for an after-school nanny with autism experience
My Requirements
We’re looking for an after-school nanny for our two smart, quirky boys, DS7 and DS4, with immediate start. Autism experience is desirable.
DS7 is basically Young Sheldon from the Big Bang Theory - very noisy, opinionated, extremely bright, sounds like a small adult. DS4 is the president of the British Lift Appreciation Society, junior division, and even noisier (but VERY affectionate).
They're both diagnosed autistic and bursting with personality. If you're up for the fun, excitement and challenge, step this way...
Until summer, we need you to collect DS7 from school and then pick up DS4 from nursery, entertain them (with no iPads), and give them a meal. You may need to bath DS4 as he gets very dirty. As there's no direct bus route between school/nursery, you can use an Uber (booked by us). Alternatively, if you have your own car, or want to learn how to ride our cargo trike, that's cool too!
After the summer, DS4 starts school, so we're looking for someone who can pick up both boys - thus, this can be a longer-term role if you'd like it to be. Evening and other baby-sitting opportunities are also available, if desired, for extra hours.
In addition, you should be comfortable around dogs as we have a very large, friendly poodle.
