Joy is amazing. She has such a passion for the children, and you can see how much they love her. She is constantly doing things with them, whether that be out at the park, the garden centres or at home doing arts and crafts. Not a day goes by that my little girl doesn't do something with Joy. She is thoughtful and understanding and works with you to get the best experience for your child. My little girl was quiet and barely spoke, but in the two years she has been with joy, she has grown in confidence and skills. Joy works to make them independent and allows them to safely learn life skills such as putting on shoes and coat and writing and identifying letters and numbers. This helps to reinforce what we do at home, and Joy is like a second mum to my little girl. I trust Joy and know she always has the children's bests interests at heart. She has also helped look after my nine and 10-year-olds during holidays, and they always ask when they can go again, which shows how much fun she brings to their lives.
