We came to meet Tracy when our daughter ( now almost 4) was 4 months old and we made a decision within the first 40 sec of meeting her. Tracy has been looking after our daughter since she turned 5 months old and has been a tremendous help to us by being flexible with the hours, school pick ups and school holiday cover. Tracy is a very cheerful individual who genuinely loves children and able to provide a home-from home environment, perfect for their physical and mental development. Tracy takes her kids to the parks, different play groups and they do lots of craft at home. She is also well networked and able to offer reliable childcare for the times when she is away on holidays. Tracy is really great but you need to book her well in advance as children tend to stay with her for many years.
