I used Holly for a couple of hours one weekend to let my boys get to know her. Unfortunately she didn't turn up the second time so I lost a fee I'd paid for a class I was attending. A disappointing experience as she'd been in touch to say she was coming only hours beforehand.

Sadly I was very messed around by Kirsty. She cancelled the second time she was supposed to come with what seemed like a reasonable excuse. The third time she was due she cancelled the night before, 12 hours after me asking if she was still OK to come, she was due the following morning. She assured me she'd be there the fourth time she was due to babysit and didn't turn up or communicate with me. Very disappointing behaviour from someone with her claimed experience.

Very disappointing review. Unfortunately a family member passed away, you were given more than enough time, you yourself changed the times for the Sunday morning and I remember very clearly that I did ask if it would be very inconvenient to you I would still attend, you advised it was perfectly fine. Very upset at the “claimed experience”, very unnecessary. I have many families that I work for who are more than satisfied with my experience. Just a word of advice maybe tell the person prior to them undertaking work for you that they will be paid in a month and not at the end!
