Our two daughters love being looked after by Debbie. From the first visit to her setting, our eldest daughter immediately warmed to Debbie’s kind and caring approach, and we knew that she felt safe and confident with her at once. Debbie has created a setting that is homely and warm, our girls feel confident and secure with her, and we are always greeted at the door with happy children. They’ve also developed a good bond with her husband.
Debbie was reassuring and supportive during their settling in period, and particularly attentive of the needs of our ten-month old who needed more time to adjust. Debbie is accommodating of both of their routines. She has adapted these routines to work within her setting and has ensured that the care they receive has been consistent. She has provided our family with flexibility and support when we’ve needed it. Debbie has good communication with us as parents, and she provides us with a thorough summary of the day they’ve spent together, with plenty of photos. She provides them with a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, trips out, and games and songs, which the girls love.
