Hi my name is Kathie, I'm 32years old. I live In Dronfield woodhouse in a privately owned 4 bedroom detached house with my husband and my 7& 5 year old boys. We have 2 dogs.
I have always enjoyed working in a caring environment whether that be with adults or children.
I have a very flexible schedule due to my husband mainly working from home and my children both in full time school.
I love been creative, all sorts of crafty activities, I also enjoy baking, which I do as a little side job. Walking and been outside is a firm favourite. I enjoy activities with the children, we have a touring caravan and enjoy our holidays in Cornwall and travelling the world as a family.
My Experience
I have worked as a care assistant for 7 years, which included taking clients out, helping with daily tasks, meal preps and over night sleep ins. I have had the pleasure of working for a family in Sheffield full time as a nanny looking after their beautiful girls and dogs. I worked for this family for 6 years until they no longer required help.
I currently work as a Nursing Rehabilitation Assistant for the NHS. However I work in Wakefield and the 12 hour shifts 4 times per week plus commuting means I don’t get as much time with my own children during the week and weekends.
I’m flexible & happy to consider all needs.
I have undergone many different training courses, whilst working as a care assistant.
I have my level nvq 2 in health in social care
I have my first aid training.
