Lottie worked for me when my daughter was 3-4. She was always super punctual, and very informative. She was totally reliable, and great fun, for me and for Silver. She was great at finding things to do with Silver, very inventive, fabulous with helping a little girl find her way, guiding her through what is good and what is bad.
She stopped working with me because my circumstances changed and we no longer needed a nanny. If this were not the case I would be employing her still for sure.

Lottie came to work for us in December 2014 and quickly became a highly valued and loved member of our family.
We had newborn twins and I was struggling to keep up with the demands of being a new Mum and of having twin babies. Lottie was a godsend! She immediately helped us establish a routine and, using her child development qualifications and nursery/nanny experience, has helped us get our premature babies back on track.
Lottie has proven herself to be unflappable, highly adaptable and flexible, and reliable - key qualities of a good nanny.
There's no doubt in my mind that Lottie loves her work and the children she works with - and we hope that she will remain a much loved part of our lives going forward.
I strongly recommend Lottie; and will happily provide references.
