About Me
Located in Howe Green Estate, my motto is for children to play, learn, have fun and excel. I am mother of two children and very committed to ensuring that the children in my care benefits from my setting by been honest, reliable, trustworthy and learn new skills in the stimulating environment I provide. I adjust to the needs of each child as an individual and work in partnership with parents. I have a good size garden, provide different indoor and outdoor activities on a daily basis, enjoy reading, cooking, learning new things, storytelling and working as part of a team. I attend groups locally for children to socialise and explore, provide home cooked healthy meals and snacks. Finally, I do school pick up & drop off at Pilgrim's Way Primary School, St Thomas Catholic Primary School and St Stephen's Junior School.
My Experience
I have worked as a childminder for over 3 years with children aged 0-12 years old and carter for all cultural needs.
My Qualifications
I am committed to ensuring that I continue my professional training and development in Early Years and Childcare. I hold current paediatric first aid qualification, a Food and Hygiene certificate and I regularly attend Safeguarding training with my local authority to ensure I am always up to date with national and local legislation and information regarding the care and welfare of the children. I have policies and procedures in place to ensure children are always cared for in a safe and secure environment.
