Sylvie looked after our 2 1/2 year old daughter at our own home to cover maternity leave. We had had a conversation about likes and dislikes, routine etc before she started and on day 1 everything just fitted into place. We were worried that our Daughter might not settle well with Sylvie because of her strong relationship with existing Nanny but not all, they hit it off straight away.
Sylvie came armed everyday with lots of activities for them to do, encouraging learning via play. She would always try to ensure they had time outside playing as well to get lots of fresh air. The day would be filled with so much that when Sylvie left for the day Grace would continue talking about everything they did and asking if Sylvie was coming tomorrow.
Sylvie ensured that Grace ate well during the day and followed our usual routine, encouraging healthy choices for snacks. I felt that Grace was very much in safe hands with Sylvie and that Grace was her absolute priority whilst in her care.
I have no hesitation in recommending Sylvie.
