TIME WASTER - BE WARNED

After meeting Katie we really liked her. She ticked all the boxes. After trying to organise 4 initial starting dates, all of which she cancelled very last minute due to other ‘work’ commitments, we finally sorted a start date. As she told me she was so excited to work for us and loved the family, I was more than happy to wait for her. We ended up waiting 2/3 weeks, but this wasn’t a problem as she was so enthusiastic. Sadly, on her start day, she emailed me 10 minutes before she was meant to be here and explained then she would no longer be coming as she met a family she preferred at the weekend. Not only is this beyond unprofessional, it’s a real shame as the girls had bought her flowers and made her a Welcome card. She may be qualified, but just be warned, unreliable and lacks loyalty.
