Our son initially went to nursery that lasted 2 weeks. He cried so much on being dropped off and on return. It got so bad that he would even cry if were going out in general. We took him out and decided a childminder might suit better.

When I met Soodi I informed her of the nursery experience, she reassured me and told me we would settle him in at his own pace. As expected he cried the first day of settling in, she did not ask me to leave. By the end of the week and me staying he was happy to go! I couldn’t believe it, as I thought it would take age. Her calm, patient and friendly approach made him feel so safe and supported.

Soodi’s is so much more then a childminders. It’s an exceptional pre school. She has received an outstanding for a reason. When he started 8 months ago, his language skills were very far behind. Since starting here he is now 100% literate. This is due to his days being filled with wonderful activities indoors and out. At all times he is learning through play. Support staff engage him and strengthen his language skills through asking him many questions and explanations. The new dance classes have been a fantastic new addition to her establishment. He truly enjoys them and we get to watch everything he does everyday through the Tapestry website where she uploads his daily activities for us to see.

For the boy who would cry his eyes out at nursery, now wishes he could go to Soodi’s on the weekends! We are so happy we found this absolute gem of a service.

We would like to thank Soodi and the team for taking such good care of our little one and we have already reserved our place for our newborn to start for when the time comes.
