I can't tell in words how much we appreciate our childminder. When my baby was 9 months old I had to return to work, she wasn't happy to stay with anyone, not even with our family, but we managed to settle her so quickly without any drama, Anita knew she needed her own space until she settles and she provided that, letting her to explore, not rushing the process and she was settle in no time.
