Carla has been with us since June 2024 and has already been a fabulous addition to the team. She is organised, thorough, fair, kind and has an abundance of ideas for the children's activities. She is always on time - in fact, she is often early which is a blessing for my husband and I with respect to us getting to work. She has a no nonsense approach with the children but does it with kindness and fun. She has adapted to our somewhat chaotic lifestyle, bringing order and calm which is much needed! She has responded to the different needs and requirements for both our children. We are delighted she has joined us and hope she will stay with us for an indeterminate period.
