Georgina has looked after all of my four children at one time or another for a number of years. I cannot express how good she is both at supporting parents with her flexible approach and creating a very active and safe environment in which your children will flourish. The best compliment you can give to a childminder is to go to work with peace of mind and not give your children a second thought because you know that they are happy and safe. I can honestly say this has been my experience over a great many years. Beware though they will cry when you pick them up because they don't want to leave!
