Excellent experienced and devoted - kids love her

Gill has been taking care of our son since he was 7 months old (she has him two afternoons a week now that he's in year 1 and on school holidays) and she has been wonderful - she basically potty-trained him (we followed her instructions), weaned him (ditto), and was always teaching us and him. She cared for him alone for a year, always taking him to stay and play or on outings so he had lots of social interaction but also quiet one-one time with her. Then she took one other child of the same age and they had a wonderful time together. Gill's family also embraced our son as if he was one of their own. He learned a huge amount from her and benefited immensely from the loving environment she provided while we were working. Gill is a warm, generous, caring person with decades of experience with babies and young children and enormous wisdom. I'd be very happy to talk to anyone considering her as a childminder and answer any questions.
