At my last inspection the Ofsted Inspector was impressed by my warm and loving environment within my home and the variety of learning opportunities available...

My home is full of fun and laughter...I love being out and about with the children and I am a member of The National Trust, I love taking the little ones to visit the local NT properties as well as attending toddler groups, exploring the local countryside, playing games in the park and visiting Norton Priory. I am a governor at two schools in my community.
I cherish the time I spend with the children in my care, and I love my job as a childminder. I have been registered with OFSTED for 19 happy years.
I provide before and after school care for Weston Primary School in Weston Village close to were I live.
I am looking forward to be able to offer the free funding which is available for working parents in April for all 2 years olds.
Even though my name is Liana, everyone calls me Lee, universally known as Nanny Lee to the little ones in the village.

My Experience
I'm a parent of three lovely children now they have now left home as they are all grown up but I have nine precious grandchildren . I don't think anything prepares you for parenthood and I know that it can be stressful getting the work/life balance right, however that's why I'm here to be as flexible as I can to make sure your childcare needs are met...I'm sure you will agree that if your child is happy you are too! I can usually meet shift patterns.
My experience as a parent and an educator have set me in good stead to be a child minder (which by the way is the best job in the world!)
My Qualifications
I am a fully registered OFSTED inspected child minder I received an overall GOOD grade at my inspection in September 2018.
I keep up to date with training and take the opportunity to gain new skills and knowledge that enables me to do my job successfully therefore enriching the lives of the children in my care.
My Availability
I can tailor my availability to your needs as long as I stay within my OFSTED child ratio numbers. Please ring me for more details.
I open from 6.30am and can offer very flexible childcare options.

Nannie Lee looked after my daughter for just over a year .
She is a lovely ,genuine and kind lady who is amazing at the job she does.
She does loads of fun activities with the children and offers a fantastic home away from home.
It was comforting to know that whilst I was at work I knew she was well cared for.
I would highly recommend her.
