poor communication and reliability

Megan worked for us for about 2 months. Whilst she’s a nice person I’m afraid I can’t recommend her. We took her on despite not having very much nannying experience. The real issue was her poor communication and poor reliability. She would go days without responding to our messages, and cancel last minute. Ultimately the job wasn’t that important to her which as a parent needing reliable childcare is not great

Hi, I have just seen this review and am very disappointed as I worked hard whilst I was with you and have since explained the reason for me having to leave the job.
