Emergency babysitting. Emergency disappointment
On the phone, Claudia was lovely and warm and sounded like the sort of person that would be able to entertain my son in hospital while I went in for consultations.
A few minutes to the time, she called to apologise for double booking. She said she would send a friend as a replacement. This person was alright, but probably not the sort that can get the reviews that Claudia has.

Dear Davesmom, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. It was midnight when you booked me for the next day at 8am. I was really tired and by mistake I booked you over another babysitting. I took responsibility for my mistake and did not let you down. I woke up at 6 am and got you a fried to help you. The most important is that I helped you even though I had never done babysitting for you before. I try my best to help people and I absolutely love my jobs. 1 star is to low for the amount of work and stress this made me pass through to help you out. In the end I'm happy that everything went alright.
