My son struggled at nursery so we were recommended Luisa by one of friends as an excellent childminder who operates in a more homely setting with fewer children.
Luisa is very kind and warm person who has formed a close bond with our 3 year old son. He has delayed development in terms of speech and language and Luisa has worked hard to accommodate his needs. Luisa takes the children to lots of indoor and outdoor activities so he gets a variety of experiences. She is also good at catering to my son’s food fussiness, cooking him fish fingers and giving him snacks that he likes. My son looks forward to going to Luisa’s and is aways in a cheerful mood there. We are happy to keep him at Luisa’s until he starts school.

Being from another country I was unfamiliar with the concept of a childminder. I visited many nurseries and childminders in the area only to be left unsure about them all... until we met Luisa!
Our boy had just turned 1 when we left him in her care. He is now nearly 3 and every day I’ve been thinking how lucky we are to have Luisa.
So loving and kind she looks after our boy like her own. Our boy calls her “nana” - that says it all!
She always accommodates all our requests and goes the extra mile to make him happy and encourage his progress. She is very experienced and this shows with the progress he’s made with her. Daily activities include crafts, books, water and sand play in the garden, walks in the parks and all sorts of baby classes in the area.
With a separate building for children, large garden and a room with cots the conditions for kids are superb! And her daily home cooked meals are always packed with goodness and sound delicious.
Luisa is also very flexible with the hours which made a massive difference for us as my husband and I both work in London.

Louisa did a fantastic job looking after our one year old son for a few months between us going back to work and finding a nursery.
She was incredibly caring, and provided a home away from home. James was always very happy being dropped off in the morning.

We have been very lucky to find Luisa for our little boy.
We searched thoroughly for the right person to look after our 15 month year old. We met many ofstead rated outstanding childminders as he was not happy at nursery and went to no-one so we knew it was going to be hard. However, by luck we found Luisa and despite only registered since Jan there was no doubt at all. Both my husband and I knew she was perfect. Everything you want for your child. She is loving, sincere, kind and genuinely cares for our son.
She has bought him to another developmental level both emotionally and physically. She takes him out everywhere which has increased his learning too. He is honestly really excited every time he is driven to her home and even closes the door at us So he can start his day!
Lusia takes excellent care of him and and it melts our heart to see just how attached he has become with her. We truly have no worries while we are at work.
We are very lucky indeed and will continue to have our boy in Luisa's care until he goes to school and longer! Thank you Luisa...even now he doesn't go to anyone else!
