Shamsa was brilliant with my daughter! I knew my daughter would be in good hands the minute I met her as she is very patient, calm and reassuring. My daughter takes a very long time to get used to unfamiliar people but she warmed up to Shamsa straight away and didn't even cry when I left. Shamsa kept me informed throughout the day what my daughter was doing. I do not have enough words and praise to thank her for being so kind, caring and reassuring. To anyone like me who is really worried about leaving their child with a childminder, please do not hesitate to contact Shamsa. She is brilliant!
