Karla was extremely professional, helpful, kind, caring, thoughtful, and attentive to details as well as a great communicator. She took care of my eight-year old daughter while I was on a work trip to Cambridge, and my daughter absolutely loved her. You could not ask for more--totally trustworthy and wonderful with children!
